Upon the share capital increase of Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A. (henceforth the "Bank") which took place on December, 20th, 2007, in the frameworks of implementing a Stock Option Plan, the Bank hereby announces that, pursuant to article 9 para. 5 of law 3556/2007, its share capital amounts to 526.262.033,40 euros divided into 142.232.982 common registered shares of a par value of 3,70 euros each.


The new shares which derived from the share capital increase were credited to the respective securities accounts of the Beneficiaries at the Incorporeal Securities System and their trading at the Athens Exchange commenced on 17.01.2008. Each share of the Bank confers the right to one vote.

Note: the above elements also recommend the base for the calculation of attendance in the share capital of Bank, of each person, shareholder or not, according to law 3556/2007.
