Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A. (henceforth "the Bank") on January, 21st, 2008, was informed by the anonymous company, "HELLENIK POST" (henceforth "the Company"), that on January, 17th, 2008, its participation in the Bank's total voting rights and share capital has been adjusted due to a corporate action (scil., increase of Bank's share capital and trading of new stocks, which took place in the frameworks of the Bank's 2007 Stock Option Plan).

The Company possesses 14.086.670 voting rights on a total of 142.232.982, while its participation in the Bank's share capital descended from 10,00% in 9,904%.
