According to the provisions of article 10, paragraph 1 of L. 3340/2005, in combination with the provisions of articles 2-3, of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the BOD of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A., notifies that:

a) It increased its participation in the share capital of its affiliate, not listed in the ASE, named "T.T. - ELTA A.E.D.A.K.", by one percent (1%), after the transfer of 2.100 common nominal shares, property of Greek Postal S.A .The completion of the above mentioned action occurred on 4th August, 2006. As a result of the above mentioned transfer the total percentage participation of the Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A. towards the share capital of T.T. - ELTA A.E.D.A.K. amount to fifty-one percent (51%).

b) Is intending to participate in the impending increase of share capital of T.T. - ELTA A.E.D.A.K., according to its participating proportion I.E. fifty-one percent (51%). A relevant announcement will take place after the completion of the share capital increase.
