TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. ("the Bank") announces, in accordance with Regulation of the Commission of the European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, that following the decision of the Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders of the Bank dated May 2nd, 2008, and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated May 30th, 2008, it purchased own shares through an Athens Exchange Member as follows;
