TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. ("the Bank") announces, in accordance with Regulation of the Commission of the European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, that following the decision of the Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders of the Bank dated May 2nd, 2008, and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated May 30th, 2008, it purchased own shares through an Athens Exchange Member as follows;

• On 17 June 2008 the Bank purchased 30.000 shares, with average cost price euro 11.12 per share and total purchase price euro 333,734.84.


• On 18 June 2008 the Bank purchased 42.000 shares, with average cost price euro 11.03 per share and total purchase price euro 463,220.00.



• On 19 June 2008 the Bank purchased 61.500 shares, with average cost price euro 10.82 per share and total purchase price euro 665,490.00.


• On 20 June 2008 the Bank purchased 66.000 shares, with average cost price euro 10.54 per share and total purchase price euro 695,590.00
