HELLENIC POSTBANK informs its shareholders, the investment public and every interested party that the Hellenic Competition Commission approved - according to article 4[b] of law 703/77- the acquisition of control on the not listed in the ASE - company named Best Line Cards S.A. by the Bank and the company DEMKO S.A..



The activity of Best Line Cards S.A. concerns the issue and management of credit and debit cards.


This collaboration which, substantially, becomes active after the above approval of the Hellenic Competition Commission, will be materialised after the participation of the Bank in the impending share capital increase of Best Line Cards S.A. in a percentage of 50%.
A relevant announcement will take place after the completion of the share capital increase.
