Purchase of own shares (7/07/08)
TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. ("the Bank") announces, in accordance with Regulation of the Commission of the European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, that following the decision of the Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders of the Bank dated May 2nd, 2008, and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated May 30th, 2008, it purchased own shares through an Athens Exchange Member as follows:
On 1st July 2008 the Bank purchased 66.000 shares, with average cost price euro 9.98 per share and total purchase price euro 657,993.60
On 2nd July 2008 the Bank purchased 67.300 shares, with average cost price euro 9.79 per share and total purchase price euro 657,870.96
On 3d July 2008 the Bank purchased 28.000 shares, with average cost price euro 9.31 per share and total purchase price euro 260,450.40
