TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. ("the Bank") announces, in accordance with Regulation of the Commission of the European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, that following the decision of the Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders of the Bank dated May 2nd, 2008, and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated May 30th, 2008, it purchased own shares through an Athens Exchange Member as follows:

- On 23d June 2008 the Bank purchased 29,097 shares, with average cost price euro 10.21 per share and total purchase price euro 297,011.94

- On 24th June 2008 the Bank purchased 62,069 shares, with average cost price euro 10.01 per share and total purchase price euro 620,825.86

- On 30th June 2008 the Bank purchased 49,756 shares, with average cost price euro 10.00 per share and total purchase price euro 497,328.90
