In accordance with the provisions of article 2, para. 2(e) of the Resolution 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commisision, HELLENIC POSTBANK notifies that Mr. Konstantinos Lampropoulos (Non Executive Member), submitted his resignation on the Board of Directors meeting on July 24th, 2008.

Mr. George Xifaras, General Manager - Finance & Operations, was elected as new Εxecutive Member of the Board of Directors, in constitution of the resigned.

The above resolution shall be submitted for ratification at the next General Assembly of the shareholders of the Bank.

The Board of Directors was reconstituted as a body, as follows;
