In the course of providing accurate and reliable information to investors, shareholders and every interested party and following the 1 April, 2010 corporate announcement, is notified - in accordance with article 10 of Law 3340/2005 - that Hellenic Postbank, in order to hold a 32.9% percentage of Aspis Bank S.A., after the expiry of the deadline set for the exercise of the "right of withdrawal" and consequently after the completion of Aspis Bank's share capital increase, on Wednesday April 14th 2010 proceeded in the exercise of its "proportional right of withdrawal" according to the procedure specified in the "Supplement Prospectus" (section 4.2.) of Aspis Bank S.A. dated 8 April, 2010.
