Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007 (5/08/10)

Hellenic Postbank - in accordance with article 13, Law 3340/2005 and the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no. 3/347/07.12.2005 - announces that Mr. Aristides Pittas, Independent Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors, notified that:



  • on August 3d, 2010, proceeded in transaction by selling 2.287 common Bank's shares. The value of the transaction is EUR 13.163,82.

  • on August 4th, 2010, proceeded in transaction by selling 2.173 common Bank's shares. The value of the transaction is EUR 9.626,39.
