Following the corporate announcements of June 14th 2011 of the Bank, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 3340/2005, in conjunction with the decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, it is announced to investors, shareholders and all interested parties that the Board of Directors of the Bank at today's meeting, taking into account the general developments, postponed the discussion of all the items of the agenda and therefore did not proceed to a decision regarding the item about the initiation of a merger with T BANK S.A., transferring the examination of that strategic plan at a forthcoming meeting, within a reasonable time.
