HELLENIC POSTBANK informs investors and its shareholders that pursuant to the legislative Act of August 25th, 2011 (published in the Government Gazette Vol. A' 183/25.8.2011), whereby the "Financial Report for the period from January 1st, 2011 until June 30th, 2011, can be disclosed until 15.9.2011" the publication of the Bank's Report will take place within that period, at a date to be announced in due time by a subsequent announcement.
