TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. in its practice of providing correct and timely information to investors and shareholders hereby announces that the EGM held on October, 11th, 2011 was attended by shareholders representing 8,25% of the Bank’ s paid share capital.

The EGM was cancelled for failure to attain the quorum required by the Law and the Bank's Articles of Association. Pursuant to the Announcement of 16.9.2011, the shareholders are invited to attend the 2nd Iterative General Meeting which will take place on October, 24th, 2011, at 15:00, at the same premises, in order to discuss and decide on the items on the Agenda.
