The HELLENIC POSTBANK, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 3340/2005 in combination with the decision 3/347/2005 of the Board of Directors of the HCMC announces the acquisition of the 50% of the share capital of the associate company "Post Bank Green Institute”, which now becomes a subsidiary of the Bank by 100%. Hellenic Postbank via this acquisition intends to strengthen its activities on "green growth".
