In view of continuing consultations among the Hellenic Republic - major shareholder of the Hellenic Postbank (HP) - the Bank of Greece and the Troika, regarding the recapitalization of HP, as a result of the Bank’s participation in the Private Sector Involvement programme(PSI+), the “Annual Financial Report for the year of 2011” will be published until May 31, 2012, pursuant to a Minister of Finance Decision (Article 4 paragraph 1 of Law 3556/2007, as amended by the legislative Act of April 19, 2012, published to the Government Gazette A 94 /19.4.2012).
