Following the corporate announcement of April 20th, 2012 Hellenic Postbank hereby announces that, according to both the 29.5.2012 Legislative Act (Official Gazette A '127/29.5.2012) and the Decision of the Minister of Finance no. 24596/B.1019/30.5.2012 i) the publication of the Bank’s Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2011 extends until August 31st, 2012 and ii) the Bank is exempt from the obligation to disclose quarterly financial statements for the period from 1.1.2012 to 31.3.2012.
