According to the provisions of article 10, paragraph 1 of L. 3340/2005, in combination with the provisions of articles 2-3, of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Board Of Directors of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A., notifies that has participated in the increase of share capital of Attica Bank S.A., according to its participating proportion I.E.,19,10%, by exercising its pre-emptive rights.

As the Extraordinary General Meeting of Attica Bank S.A., held on 7th March 2007, has decided that 500.000 new common, registered shares will be offered to the staff of Attica Bank S.A. and its Group through cash payment, for these 500.000 shares offered to the staff, Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A. and the other main shareholders of the Attica Bank S.A. renounced part of their rights (proportionally to their share).
