Following a Letter sent by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, TT Hellenic Postbank S.A. informs investors, shareholders and any other interested party, that the publication of the Bank’s Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2011, within the time period is not possible, due to extremely adverse conditions.
